October 21st, 2017 at 8:00am at Preciado Park 2.) First 800 participants receive free t-shirts 3.) Breakfast available while supplies last El Caldito Soup Kitchen: Help make and serve lunch bags 1.) Read and sign new waiver 2.) Last Saturday every month (October 28th) at 8:00am 3.) Future one on November 25th Renaissance ArtsFaire: Help set up and take down booths, sell tickets, booth sit, take surveys, etc. You’re welcome to dress up! 1.) November 4th and 5th, shifts between 9:00am to 5:00pm 2.) Volunteer Orientation will be November 1st at 5:30pm at the Dona Ana Arts Council Arts and Cultural Center at 1740 Calle de Mercado, Mesilla 3.) Free admission for volunteers, snacks and water provided all day Direct Therapy Services: Four volunteers needed to scare people in a Haunted House! 1.) Friday, October 27th from 5:00-7:00pm 2.) At the Direct Therapy Services Building located at 1090 Med Park Drive Socials Mesilla Valley Corn Maze & Pumpkin Patch: enjoy the 30+ attractions including the corn maze, hayride, giant slides, and more! 1.) Saturdays and Sundays 11-7pm 2.) Admission is $12 3.) 3855 W Picacho Ave 4.) Fill out the doodle poll at https://beta.doodle.com/poll/f2b3iwcgsf4feqbx (link will be sent out with the meeting minutes) 5.) Bring a friend and have some fun! Club T-Shirts Submit a design from Custom Ink: 1.) Please send to [email protected] 2.) Try to keep the designs to a minimum, to make the shirts less than $20 each 3.)
